面試的真正目的是什么（雙語(yǔ)）

　　你知道面試的真正目的嗎？也許你曾納悶過(guò)，你的簡(jiǎn)歷招聘人員已經(jīng)看過(guò)了，他們也對(duì)你電話面試過(guò)了，所有的證明材料他們也都檢查過(guò)了，為什么還要你在面試的時(shí)候再重復(fù)一遍呢？其實(shí)面試的真正目的不過(guò)是要看看你是否討他們喜歡。這也是人們?cè)诿嬖囍谐３ＪР叩牡胤健?

　　Hiring managers today have a lot of tools at their disposal to figure out if you're qualified for a job. The Internet reveals your history, and often the content and quality of your work; LinkedIn (一個(gè)網(wǎng)站，專為商務(wù)人士建立聯(lián)系而用) can provide a plethora of references from people who have worked with you, whether you actually provide them to the employer yourself or not. And a phone screen can give a sense of your verbal abilities。

　　如今招聘人員有很多辦法判斷是否你具備工作資格。他們可以在網(wǎng)上搜索到你的個(gè)人背景、工作內(nèi)容和業(yè)績(jī)。 LinkedIn 網(wǎng)站提供了來(lái)自和你共事的人們對(duì)你的大量評(píng)價(jià)，不管你有沒有自己把這些提供給應(yīng)聘者。電話面試也能體現(xiàn)出一個(gè)人的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力。

　　So what's left? Whether or not you click with them -- whether they like you. Remember that intangible thing that happens on a date when you decide if you like the person or not? The same thing happens with hiring。

　　那么剩下還有什么？就是你和他們是否一拍即合——他們是不是喜歡你。記得在約會(huì)時(shí)決定喜不喜歡對(duì)方時(shí)那一種無(wú)形的東西嗎？在這方面，招聘和約會(huì)是一樣的。

　　This is what the face-to-face interview is all about. So make a great first impression, and focus on making sure the interviewer likes you。

　　這就是面對(duì)面面試的目的。所以要給別人一個(gè)絕好的第一印象，注意一定要去讓面試官喜歡你。
